Oh it'll be back soon enough with the tenure interview gets here but the damn portfolios are out the door. In a DOWNPOUR. OMG it was insane. There was the downpour mixed with a white mist so bad you couldn't see the buildings across the street. I'm rather grateful that it was nearly 60 and raining because if that was snow I'd be eating the cats within the week waiting to be dug out...

The fine arts building had an indoor waterfall, not quite intentionally mind you. Ah, this is just hell some days.

Maybe now I can concentrate on my big bang. I'm not holding my breath but maybe.

I actually bought a few books from my publisher, ones that looked more urban fantasy than romance. Maybe they'll be good.

Surely I had something more interesting to say here but I'll be damned if I know what it was.

Oh a dream I had last night. I dreamt I rubbed my eye and thought wow, there's a lot of eye gunk then I realized it wasn't eye gunk, it was pus. and it just kept coming but no one around me cared that the whole back of my eye was a massive infection. I don't even want to know...

I sometimes dream that I'm sick and no one will listen to me (has happened), or that one of my friends has started driving her car without noticing that I was halfway in the door and am hanging on for dear life (always kinda afraid she will). Ain't anxiety dreams fun.
