So now I have a sinus infection. I did figure out why I was so cold last night. Most people, when infected, use pyrogens to increase body temperature to burn out the infection. My body forged it's own path and my body temp was 95 degrees. Apparently we were going to freeze the bacteria to death. Just what I wanted snot in time for my interview. waah And for some reason my sneezing terrifies Kanda. poor thing, I sneeze a lot even when I'm not sick.

Check out the great picture [livejournal.com profile] astridv did for my request in her art meme. Spike in a Zoot Suit I love it.

I did cave and sign up for [livejournal.com profile] cya_ficathon. I haven't written extensively in the jossverse in forever. this is probably very dumb of me.

I accomplished almost nothing today. How disappointing

In other news I think I just accidentally set my big bang up so the wrong people solve the mystery...

Adopt one today!

yeah about 2 degrees lower than normal (I'm rarely at normal body temp.)

I haven't done cya in forever. I hope I don't make someone regret this

It is a very warm winter. I keep thinking that it's gonna fall down cold any second.

it's supposed to tonight but over all it's theoretically going to be mild all winter

That's interesting. I mean, we've had just as much flooding locally.

Can you put it off a few days? Sinus infections are awful (think I have one coming on myself.)

Feel better..

Ouch for you getting cold like that, especially close to your interview. Hopefully you'll recover soon.

Over your Big Bang, aw oh. Usually I don't mind if things don't go the way planned (it rarely does for me, lol), but there are times where I get annoyed by that.

thanks I hope so. luckily i don't feel too bad, just stuffed up

it should work as is but it's not what I envisioned. it's a side effect of all the cutting

I've been fighting the same sinus infection off and on since October, so I sympathize. My normal body temp is only 96.2, so 95 wouldn't be such a plummet. I can tell I have a fever when it gets over 98. Fortunately or unfortunately, one effect of having a hyperactive immune system is I rarely get fevers - sometimes I wonder if I wouldn't be better off if I did.

You are, as usual, far more ambitious and disciplined than I am, taking on more writing challenges. I can't seem to get any done. I started on a little thing in response to ELD's music prompt the other night, but I am not happy with it.

Hope you feel better. Get under an electric blanket with some hot tea! (That's where I am headed, shortly.)

yeah I'm usually at 97 but 95 was miserable. fever is an important part of the immune process

I an foolishly arrogant in my ability to do these challenges which usually ends up with me whinging and bitching

thanks.

Bleah. When I was younger and had bronchitis a lot, I would get high fevers, but now I usually run cold, like you. I have no clue why.

Wrap up and drink hot tea or something. Hugs!

Dickens doesn't like it when I cough. I wonder if they think it's a weird sort of hiss and that we're mad at them. Or perhaps they think it's unnatural. Cats...

me either. I have the tea brewing now.

or it just startles the spooky creatures. Who can fathom the minds of cats?
