Because I needed more stress

I find out that the income sensitive break I got on my student loan is only for 12 months (funny how they forgot to mention that) Like I've said before, Jan/Feb are very depressive months for me because this is when I have to deal with the student loan bullshit. Thankfully I opened it timely because I thought it was a tax form. You can NOT read what you need to do so I'll be calling their asses but not til wed.

The one good thing about tomorrow's tenure interview is I'm too sick to worry. I'm just going to drink a shooter full of nyquil and pass the hell out tonight.

So today they gave me a Bonneyville as a loaner while my car was being fixed, old, probably nearly the 1990's. Damn American cars DO have comfortable seats. Other than that, this car was a nightmare of a land barge with strange posts running down the side windows making it look like you had the old fashioned wing windows but you didn't and they were big enough and black enough to be seen in my peripheral vision like always. I did like that the volume control was in the steering wheel so you're not leaning down fiddling with it one step from an accident. Got Naru back tonight. Smelled like paint. Ah toulene my old friend. WHEE

Started the exercise program. My former student was not impressed I couldn't breathe and made me ride a bike. Bastard. Two bikes, because we have almost NO equipment in this tiny assed work out room. it's WAY smaller than I thought it was OMG. I was supposed to ride a recumbent bike and do an elliptical. Also, talking to him one on one, I have a better appreciation of what he was going thru last semester (he was way busier than I knew). Also I did not know that this is a pilot class. You'd think that would have been in the email. They could get a grant. I bet more of us would have shown up had we known that.

I forgot to pick something for fma_slashfest & cya_ficathon I need to get on that. I am happy to have more time for the FMA big bang. Doesn't particularly help my actual problem since I can't go back and readd what I cut but now I'm less worried about missing the deadline. Wonders how the artists are doing.

YOU DO. OMG those seats were great. My Civic's seats (as much as I love my car) are like concrete.
