And damn it, i DID it. I didn't do it well. It looked like a beached whale fighting it's way back to the surf but I did it. I did the freaking squats too. My knee hurts. I think I sprained a boob and exercise blows.

My sugar was 309 last night. It was 72 when I woke up. I'm lucky I even DID wake up.
