As for the weight nothing. Nothing changes. Here's a little tip that I've known for a while but lately I've been seeing how true it is. Eat slowly. A lot of people suggest NOT eating while watching TV but frankly that does slow me down. However, I've been soooo busy lately I've been bolting food then feeling hungry very soon after. Not a good thing.

As to the small world, Lucky Uncle was coming back from the cruise he won and while he and my Aunt were at Bubba Gump's they start talking to the neighboring table (mostly because my aunt can't be quiet). Turns out the woman is a professor at the Univ of Toldeo and LU tells her that his niece is also a prof in OH. Turns out we went to grad school together.

Oh and since it probably wasn't clear, I am NOT in any rush to buy a house. There's just me guys. I can move whenever I want. I'm just looking around. I was more amused/saddened by yesterday's choices. I'm just happy not to be in a trailer because there are a lot of them here. I should ride down the high way some time when a friend is driving and video this place. Rain and ELD know what I'm talking about. This is a very poor area.

One time, when I lived down there, the water was getting really high. The dam was about to be overtopped so the park service and Army Corps of Engineers had to open the spillways which led to even MORE water coming down the valley. I was up on the hill with my cousins. We heard a siren, looked down the hill and saw a cop. He ran to all of these trailers - about six of them - banging on the doors and yelling at people. Soon as he did, people came out of the trailers dragging a few things - one guy even carried out a TV - threw them in their cars and hightailed it out of Dodge. Not even 10 minutes later, a WALL of water came down the creek and knocked each trailer off its wheels and crashed them into each other. One of the scariest things I've ever seen. Thankfully, that cop saved everyone down there.

The schools were closed until the water went down. I think Davis Creek Elementary even flooded. The water was up to the bottom of the bridges. Thankfully, most of my family live up on the side of a hill (like that's an impossibility down there).
