To my friends who celebrate it. First day of spring and it was over 85. Even my heat loving friend L was complaining. I dragged the fan out of the closet so I don't die but I'm still not putting that A/C on. I'll just sweat.

Today was just crazy. I got to work early, all ready to get busy. D drops in to tell me the computer in the room I use is dead meat. WHINES. Race around to find another room that hold 45 students (we only have 4 such places). Get the portable lap top and projector, it doesn't work. Grab IT people and get them to make it work. lose 16 minutes of class. Start class only to learn that NOTHING I put on line before break worked. Run down print out lecture. When secretary brings it to the room, i learn i forgot to put it in slides per page so each slide was a page. thank god it was a short lecture. Later a coworker's laser pen's battery exploded, catching his shirt on fire and he got a face full of shrapnel. Luckily he wasn't badly hurt.

Frantically trying to get my Scarred Soldier story done. Fair warning for both fma_slashfest & cya_ficathon, I might be late. Of course this didn't stop me from joining up with fma_cya. I haven't even looked at my remix story yet other than to see most of her pairings are not mine at all.
