Today was another house hunting day

In addition to doing laundry and grocery shopping. I also came home finished my diabetes seminar talk and the endocrinology lecture. No writing yet. I even petteded a few kitties but they only wanted held when I was busy which was most of the day, not when I took a break.

Speaking of which have a late Caturday pic. I was on the couch making the exam so they perched. you can just see how happy Kanda is that Soul is horning in.

So I went out looking for houses. OH how I wish I had a headcam so I could video the drives out to these places. People would laugh and cry.

Dogwood Dr. Oh dear god. The roads were half as wide as cherry valley road, switchbacked and the trailers were abandoned along the way…I hope they were abandoned. There were some interesting houses out here. I rolled down the windows so I could hear the dueling banjos and smell the moonshine brewing. I didn’t even bother taking pictures since it looks just like the one here and there were weird people everywhere…

There is some damage to the wood here there and everywhere and I’m not sure if it’s a garage right behind it or an abandoned house but a window is busted out. Still, it’s not a bad neighborhood overall and it IS a nice house if the porch was worked on.

So I head out to find the ranch and learn Gay street is not where I thought it was and in my pursuit of the ranch I found the two houses I could get together for 99K

The cats are cracking me up. There's something about a grumpy panda cat face. Just tickles me. That's 8 years of my dad's panda of evil Lucy doing it to me. And Soul's just such a special snowflake, isn't he?

I'm going to start looking for a new place next spring. I dread it, even though it looks like it will be another long-term rental.

Holy crap that mansion is all kinds of gorgeous!! I bet it's a pretty penny though.
