Lucy knew she was lucky. If not for Natsu, she would probably have been sold into slavery by the wizard pretending to be the Salamander. Her fists balled against her green miniskirt as she thought about what Bora had nearly done to her. She had been moments away from being a branded sex slave. Bora hadn’t added that stipulation, but there was no doubt of it. She might be young and occasionally naïve, but she wasn’t stupid.

Natsu had saved her, brought her to Fairy Tail. The crazy fool had given her a home, whether he realized it or not. Natsu rolled passed her on the guild floorboards, entangled with Gray. Oh, ugh, ass crack. Where the hell was Gray’s clothes now? She had seen more of his danglies than she wanted. Lucy turned back to Mirajane, rolling her eyes.

Mirajane grinned. “What do you expect? Erza isn’t here at the moment.”

“I know, I know. Ever get the urge to just kick them?” Lucy sighed.

Mirajane just laughed. Lucy glanced back at the warring fire and ice, smiling. She was lucky to have them, crazy as they were.
