Until I had to eat....I had to have three small cavities filled. It didn't take long and it wasn't hurting at all until I had to eat dinner (Lunch was soup and yogart, no fool I.) There's a big lump on my gum from the injection :( dragonydreams I did ask why the OTC night guards say they're contraindicated in TMJ. It's really TMD they're no good for (which I'm on my way too). That's when the joint is arthritic or the disc is messed up. I'm going to cut my OTC one down and see if that doesn't gag me to death.

my sugar is all borked again. No idea why. Diabetes blows.

We had a pizza party for the math/science club. They bought a huge tub of blue bunny ice cream and sundae fixings. I had a litle bit. can I say that is some seriously tasteless ice cream?

it does. glad I asked. Yeah, haven't had that many in a while. Between diabetes and a genetic weakness in the enamel, I'm surprised these are my first in years.
