Mom and I decided when she was down my place that a lot of my short sleeved dress shirts for work were old so we hit the50-60% off racks at Macy's today and I picked up a few shirts.

I also got some black crosstrainers, men's because the women's shoes were so shallow my narrow feet kept walking right out of them. I figured I might need to trade off shoes in Wales if it stays as wet as it has been. I had my black dress loafers but they're not the best for walking on slick grass and these will at least be passable with my dark pants.

Took some books to Halfprice Bookstore, bought some too.

Trying to get things ready to go overseas. My enthusiasm is flagging since nothing is working right.

And because I'm sheep, here's my card (which wouldn't post right from here even though I had the right code. it showed up like a ghost. ELD had to post it for me. Makes me wonder what is wrong with Dad's computer)

That's pretty cool. I'm trying to figure out how I want to play mine, yet.

Clothes are a handy thing. Mom keeps telling me I need new clothes, but since I don't go anywhere/do anything, I just don't want to spend the money. she bought me a gorgeous dress for my birthday a few years ago and I've never even tried it on.

Wales ought to make for a happy.
