I got a story in the advent calender with my usual publisher. You can find the details here. I'm very excited.

I had wanted to go do laundry today since i'm about 3 days behind and am running out of underpants and trousers and if I go commando under my skirt that WILL be the time I trip and end up with my skirt over my head in front of the class. BUT as I forgot, it was the club I'm the advisor for meeting to vote on officers and for the picture and since I want to go up for promotion that matters.

Grandma almost talked herself into a visit to the psych ward today screaming and carrying on how she wasn't going to some filthy nursing home and that she was going to tell the doctor what's what and calling mom a thousand filthy names and threatening her with removing the power of attorny (she doesn't know she's been declared non compis mentis because she can not make rational decisions.)

Dad does have a hernia (told you, Dad) AND shingles AND the flu. Bet he's a real peach to live with right now. WIll be surprised if Mom doesn't run the fuck away. I would.

And thanks for the input on the whole CN anime thing. I think we picked a lot of good anime they COULD be showing and barely scraped the surface.
