silvrethorn said that the other day, eloquent and true. Today sucked. Work rant aside, today sucked donkey balls.

For one I woke up before 6 AM to the sounds of vermin, under the floor, in the wall, who the hell knows but I've had enough mice in this house to know the sounds of them. I start stomping around to see if i can figure out where.I hit my dresser and the sounds stop. At this point I'm 'fuck it,let them eat my panties.' I don't even care. I go to the bathroom and both cats are right there so I know they hear it too. I CAN NOT sleep once I hear that sound. I know that from experience too b ut the couch and futon both are too broken to sleep on.

I try to go back to bed and I had set the heater on 60 just because it was damp (I keep this place around 65) and it kicks on, scaring me half to death since I haven't heard it in months and it goes on and on and on and on and I don't get back to sleep.

I'm on day SIX of my migraine.

I finish all my lecture materials in pathophysiology early and a) I have no more and am in a panic b) can't make them see that in a literature review research paper yes you MAY use facts and figures if you CITE them. One of the nursing instructors has them scared to death telling them you never do this. head desk.

The laundromat ate 3 dollars in quarters and the machine wouldn't turn on...

I come back home after getting Mexican to cheer me up (it spilled) and tell mom that I panicked at hte library when I remembered going to the bank with my royalty check but did not remember getting the money. Seriously. I Had no recollection of it and thought i might have driven off (I didn't) She cracks out with "Never his mind on where he was. Hmm? What he was doing. Hmph. Adventure. Heh. Excitement. Heh. A Jedi craves not these things. You are reckless."

And while at the library, even though I felt fine not 5 minutes before, my head congested, i feel feverish and my throat is sore. This day can bite me. I didn't even really enjoy NCIS's premiere.

I hate mice. I can never sleep as well once I hear the sounds they make. And they always go for panties. Always. Maybe the should make panty traps for mice instead of the peanut butter route.
