cornerofmadnessHonestly, I had so much work to get down and I wanted to get home early to work on my lectures. I didn't get home until after five. I tried to eat lunch between classes and the army recruiters showed up and wanted to talk to me. My students wanted them to come so I sat down with them and set that up for next month. Go to my next class. Try to eat lunch again then a student showed up. I forgot i said I was going to show her the ins and outs of how we want her to do her lit review research. That takes forty odd minutes. I finally get lunch nuked and a lady in all pink wearing a breast cancer ribbon scarf shows up. She's a surgeon on the board of trustees for the hospital I'm always at. She actually hand delievered the letter of reccomendation for a student (I'm the chair of the premedical committee). She started talking about how she wants students down there to shadow which is very exciting. I tell her my background and she thanks me profusely for the work I'm doing which made my day.
Overall though, I got a lot of positive things done but when I finally DID eat lunch it made me sick. I'm back into that eat something and get nauseous phase.
I finally reformatted Splinters of Silver and Cold Iron to send off. I won't get to give it the deep edit it needs before sending it to Harper Voyager but this is a rare opportunity so I want to send this regardless. I did catch 2 continuity issues that I will get to fix before sending. Now to write the query letter. I'd rather gargle broken glass.
Okay I got Hetalia Axis Powers from netfix. Can someone PLEASE tell me what drug I'm supposed to take to enjoy this? I'm either on the wrong one or the dose isn't high enough. It's like Robotchicken only I'm not really laughing much (then again I don't particularly laugh at Robotchicken either)

Including one guy who jumped up on his desk and tried to go lycanth on us. I just yelled "REALLY? BAD BOY...DOWN!" "YES Ma'am" "SIT!" "Yes Ma'am" "DO I HAVE TO WRITE YOU UP?" "No Ma'am" "GOOD...NOW DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN OR I WILL PERSONALLY DRIVE YOU TO THE MENTAL WARD AT THE HOSPITAL." "Yes Ma'am" one of the older guards just smiled and said "That's my girl." *kicking at the dirt* Try shenanigans around me and lose by gods!
