Kanda has spoken more in the last 24 hours

Than he has in the three years I've had him. (well not quite three years. His birthday is friday and he was born on my porch so...) He has an opinion on everything. Mom says Rogue is talking to him (Rogue passed in June) I think so since he went right over to dad and begged cheese like Rogue would have. Kanda never begs food. So far he's torn the sheers off the basement window (how I don't want to know.) He's adjusting very well. Here's hoping the tree survives.

I, on the other hand, feel horrible. For one, I've forgotten what it's like to live with insulation and where the house stays warm. TOO warm.I had to open the damn window last night. I couldn't sleep and I got a very sore throat, sinus drainage and slightly feverish. Dad pointed out this happens every time I come home.I think I need to bring my pillows next time. This might be allergy related.

I've been invited to a flash mob.I might just go.

Turns out it's not just LJ who has that new 'omg you're logging in from a different computer' thing going. FB did that to me today but took it one step further. After the recapcha I then had to id SIX frigging tagged friends but it was pulling from miscellaneous bullshit my friends had up and not actual photos. omg.

yes, the FB one was MUCH more annoying. LJ just gives you a heads up in case someone is trying to hack you. FB went WAY too far.

I wouldn't be surprised. Donkeys are crazy. So are mules. I loved that mule who stomped the puma for attacking a dog in his/her 'herd'.

yes well it's christmas caroling. I was okay with that until the new instructions came in to talk up Christ with everyone but to be respectful since many different denominations were going to be there (I'll give him props for at least wanting to respect other faiths but I'm not really into the pushing the conversation (granted I could just slip out)
