Mom's Birthday

is today. We went to the casino. My dad (Mr. Anti-Gambling) had to go. Usually he refuses but it's her 70th b-day so he went and he LIKED the food. That's what we keep telling him. Lucky Uncle invites us out there all the time for various food events. It's like come,eat, go home and WE'LL stay to gamble.

He did stay today and Lucky Uncle gave him a tour. I had huge shrimp for dinner and one of my favorites soups (French Onion). I did horrible gambling. Lost 40$ (Fifty if you include the free play). Mom won a hundred.

I am trying very hard to get sick. I've a low grade sinus infection since I got here but now I'm getting a cough. My brother noticed I didn't feel that well. My SiL and I noticed two other things. That if you don't have a dangly between your legs the bartenders at Pacers won't wait on you and screw you on the drinks if they do. (Seriously they ignored us hard core skipping over us several times to wait on men and only came over when all the men had been served)

ugh ugh ugh Racist Woman invited herself up for Christmas Day. I was SO hoping it would be another day so I could LEAVE while she's here. I would just once like Mom to say, 'no, that's not good for us, come another time.'

I finally got up a holiday icon. I just wasn't in the mood this year. Too flipping busy

I did not reread the LoTR trilogy fearing I would learn I no longer loved the books.I decided, however, to reread the Hobbit. Maybe I will reread the trilogy after all.

I'd complain to someone about the bartenders. Who do you contact about something like that?
