oddly a little blue

maybe it's the house hunting and the realization I just don't want to live where I am at all. I know there aren't many options but when I see the horrible houses and I look in my parents area at all the great houses I feel worse. Granted you can get others on my flist to tell you this is NOT me being melodramatic.

I was so depressed that I couldn't remember my password for LJ and panicked thinking I was hacked.

On the other hand I'm enjoying the snow. Dad plowed before I could get pictures but last night deer tried walking on my parents' hill top drive and they slid down the heel. Pretty funny.

So show of hands, how many are interested in maybe having a small genre specific (i.e. no poetry, non-fiction, fanfiction or contemporary) writers group? For that matter who is interested in listening to me talk about writing any more?

I really wish I hadn't had to go to my brother's last night.I would have wanted to meet up with a friend of mine but when I said something, he didn't exactly respond either. Hmmm

I'm almost done with my damn fic exchange story. nothing is going right on this end.

Of course I'm interested in hearing you talk about writing. You always have something interesting to say. I'm also interested in re-starting Nanomowhinging. Yes, I have the local critique group now, but the more eyes on something you intend to publish, the better.

I have faith that there is an affordable house somewhere in your area that isn't depressing and/or dilapidated and/or in a sucky neighborhood, and you will find it (or it will find you).

I saw the snow in the national weather forecasts in our paper, and figured you would be happy about it. Enjoy.
