last day in PA
Jan. 8th, 2013 10:42 pmMom and I went to the Hobbit (click here if you don't want to wait for the round up in feb). I enjoyed it very much. Mom kept leaning over going 'that dwarf (Kili) is hot.' Yes Mom, he totally is. I suspect this would be a much different movie if Mom had been directing it.
I gathered up all the holiday crap. I have NO idea how this is all fitting in my car. Not at all. There is SO. Much. Stuff. Even if it fits, I'm not sure how it's all getting out of the car (some might not, at least not tomorrow) and if it does that, WHERE in my apt is it going? I need a bigger place
Speaking of which I found 2 in Albany (which is near Athens) that might work. Honestly I like the the yellow shack better. It looks like hell on the outside and has more land than I need. it's 28 miles from work and for some reason 22 from Athens. I like the garden and the fireplace but it IS very isolated which is good and bad.
the gray shack is probably the better. it's 33 miles from work and 12 from Athens. It looks sturdier but I would be better off in a ranch. I can't exactly google earth this but the little community it is in doesn't look too bad.
I've learned that unlike LJ DW will not let you answer things if you're not logged in. Fine. But KEEP me logged in you piece of crap journal. I'll be doing things and then suddenly it logs me out and says I have the wrong password. It was fine a minute ago. Sigh. But I did (with several log ins) manage to read all my fandom stocking stuff. I did well this year. There is FMA and Star Trek and someone directly sent me a Dogs story. my stocking and the Dogs story

O
Date: 2013-01-09 04:13 am (UTC)Second one is nice too. Maybe it's because there is nothing inside that all the rooms look insanely huge.
Re: O
Date: 2013-01-09 06:00 am (UTC)the second house is pretty interesting where it's set. You can kinda google earth the address

Date: 2013-01-09 05:06 am (UTC)Hot dwarves is just wrong, somehow. I'm sure Kili improves the landscape, though, and I'm all for that.

Date: 2013-01-09 05:59 am (UTC)Hot dwarves are very wrong. I noticed that the 3 hottest dwarves (Kili, Fili and Thorin) have short barely there beards (also wrong but appreciated since I don't go for beards) and are taller.
Also I want to know are they REALLY finding this many pretty androgynous men for the elves or is it movie magic

Date: 2013-01-09 05:47 am (UTC)I kinda like the bigger grey shack. XD
I have a DW journal, but I haven't really used it that much. ^^;

Date: 2013-01-09 05:55 am (UTC)It's not a bad house, less private than I want but not as bad as in Jackson
ditto.

Date: 2013-01-09 07:35 pm (UTC)*nods* I like it cuz it looks bigger than the other one. I grew where your neighbors are right on top of you, so that doesn't worry me that much. XD
:D

Date: 2013-01-10 02:41 am (UTC)See that freaks me the hell out. I grew up in the country and while I've lived most of my adult life in apartments I do not like having neighbors close

Date: 2013-01-10 02:46 am (UTC)Yeah? I grew up in the suburbs, Peeps are close, but you never really see anyone outside. I've never lived in a apartment, so I have no clue what that's like. XD

Date: 2013-01-10 02:54 am (UTC)well to give you a hint, when I got back tonight I could hear my neighbors screaming thru the wall

Date: 2013-01-09 03:42 pm (UTC)Have a safe trip back to Ohio. Good luck with loading all the stuff in Naru. And you could always leave Kanda behind, that'll give you some room.
I like both houses, actually, but. Yeah, the yellow one looks a bit iffy on the exterior. Maybe that's supposed to dissuade people from coming closer, because what could be inside something that looked like that? :D

Date: 2013-01-09 05:51 pm (UTC)mom got it all in the trunk. do not ask me how
the yellow one is scary looking on the outside. What bothers me a littleis that Meigs County is home to Meigs County Gold (marijuana) which that far out I could be in trouble

That might be why that place kinda looks the way it does...?

Date: 2013-01-09 11:11 pm (UTC)The yellow house would certainly need a lot of work outside the house. It looked to be a bit of a mess.
no subject
Date: 2013-01-10 02:36 am (UTC)It is a mess outside but it's hard to tell from the pictures how much of it is the house itself and how much is the gardens that seem to start right at the back door
