I only thought I was done with my Verizon sucks tag

So I call the fuckers to cancel them and they will NOT cancel me until the end of the cycle. So I have to pay for a month I'm not using since I'm a few days into the cycle. They claim when I called and changed my service it was just one day after my last cycle began so I have to pay for switching last month and this month too. I tried to explain a). I called less than 2 weeks ago so I've had this new program for 2 weeks NOT 2 months b). I called in the MIDDLE of my cycle not one day into it. I called because I was going to go over and I needed help. They claim there's no record of that.

So I have to basically pay 122$ to get rid of Verizon. I probably will report them to the BBB for all the good it will do. It's worth that to never have to deal with them again. They tried to get me to change the telephone number for my broad band to my cell phone or tablet and keep them. What part of I'm dumping you, go to hell morons don't they get? I may call back tomorrow and ask to speak to a manager for all the good that'll do.

Speaking of things that frustrate me, I need to call an orthopedic surgeon. I have to have my right arm looked into. I can at least see if they think I tore yet another rotator cuff and get some steroids jammed in there without having to go back to Columbus. I will go back there if it's torn. Also my bad shoulder is really hurting me. I think the bone spurs are rubbing on the nerve and my whole arm is numb and I can't use it well. I had trouble sleeping last night and even the pressure of the chair behind me is killing me. this will be fun tonight.

In good news I made split pea soup in the slow cooker. My whole apt smells of onion, peas and smokey hammy goodness. YUM. I love how soup makes my home smell.

Declutter Day 42 item tossed -Manga why kept -Was reading series why tossed -Not going to reread (honestly you're going to see this declutter for days because I'm purging some of the collection right now. This whole series went to the library. They were thrilled.

Yeah. I was warned to find out exactly when my billing cycle is and to call to schedule an appt with the other internet providers to make sure I didn't have to double-pay for a month.

She'll be on P.T. for about a month, at this point. We'll see how it goes.

It's the same here in Oz. The companies make a great fuss and bother if you want to get out of the contract and make you pay a ridiculously high amount to change providers. I'm with a company I like now and haven't had any major problems, but I was with a bunch of wankers before. Also, all the phone lines in Oz are owned by Telstra and if you don't go with Telstra, they can make it bloody difficult if you get a fault on the line. You go to the bottom of the waiting list for attention.
