Getting a little worried
May. 10th, 2013 10:07 pmI can't shake this exhaustion. It's absolutely horrible. I nearly fell asleep three times in the library while I was trying to write as my cloths were washing in the Laundromat. It's not my sugar which is a little lower than usual. I'm sleeping but I'm wondering if allergies are causing sleep apnea. I could be anemic again. Whatever this is, I need to figure it out and conquer it before I go to Vegas
I have the plane tickets for that (thank you, Mom) and god knows where I'm staying. It keeps changing. I've mentioned the Mirage hosed the conference. Also they are pricey and the price changes EVERY day. Today I looked. Sunday was 290$ (Saturday was nearly double that), two days were 95 and two were 145...huh? Mom had booked us at the Flamingo with us staying at the Quad on Saturday since it was the ONLY place open. No kidding because they're ripping the guts out of it. We're still paying 100$ for that night and the rest of the days are only 19$ Mom doesn't want to stay there because as of just two weeks ago people were whining it was filthy and noisy because of the renovation it's undergoing. I said Mom, the Flamingo is nearly a mile away (.8 according to Google). No offense but I don't stay all day at the seminar. Maybe I will or just go for part because I'm NOT walking five miles a day just to go somewhere other than the Mirage (though I guess I could hang out there and gamble). So now we're probably going to be at Harrah's. Neither of us particularly like it but whatever.
I won a book in a drawing. Yay.
I signed up for
gsd_rtfn for this coming week since I need the competitive edge.
I did force myself to change the summer dress clothes and put away the winter. I'll be needing some at the con any how. Gah, my light weight dress clothes need to be sent to goodwill and I need to get something new.
Did I mention I'm having brunch with the college president tomorrow? I am. It's an honor for being the Madog Fellow.
amazing performance If you don't want to wait thru it all skip to the end. it's neat.
you can’t boss these animals What this shows me is that Huskies and Shibu Inus are the cats of the dog world.
I need this
Once you watch this you a) can't unsee it and b) wonder how you NEVER noticed this before even though you've seen every show a jillion times. In fact you're watching it RIGHT NOW and now you can't stop looking for it.
declutter day 75 Item tossed -My Morning Mate why kept- Was a gift why tossed -I hate rooibos and I'm NOT impressed by Teavana, given to a friend

Date: 2013-05-11 03:23 am (UTC)Hope you feel better soon. I think the weird weather is causing some of it. I can hardly stay awake at work after lunch anymore.

Date: 2013-05-11 03:31 am (UTC)I think it is the weather and the heat. I don't do well with heat. It's funny, the head of my local Nano group is a year older than me but might as well be my twin. She's one of the few people I know who actually understand me when I say heat makes me sick since it does the same to me (even funnier, her husband is literally allergic to winter)

Date: 2013-05-11 02:12 pm (UTC)OMG, Riker! I never noticed that AT ALL. (Of course, it goes along with the clips I've seen of any long-running show where you can do that -- there's a montage somewhere of Nine saying "Fantastic!" and Ten saying "Allonsy!" I don't know if they've added Eleven's "Geronimo!" yet... And that's just the one I can think of, I know there's more.)

Date: 2013-05-12 12:20 am (UTC)I hate my summer clothes, mainly because it involves showing more skin than I want to and I don't like pants.
You'd think I'd have this figured out by now, with how long I've lived in Florida...
