I lost it somewhere. I have so much to do but the moment I sit in this chair I just play on the internet. I got more done in the last three days without the internet than I have in a month. I guess I know what the problem is but like any addict I have trouble turning away on my own.

Some students are getting the riot act this week. I worked up my grade book today for mid term grades this week and found several who have very high marks who SHOULD be getting a failing grade at mid term for not doing a single online thing. One asked me today how to get into the homework. This is week 9 of 15....I have no idea how to make these students DO their work.

Guess Mom isn't coming at all. I'm partly sad and greatly relieved at the same time. I have no idea how I would clean this place in time for any visit. Or for anything at all. It's SUCH a mess. Sigh.

I did talk to EB about her house. Those were real graves right off her front porch (which brings me to why in the name of God anyone would build a house less than 10 feet from family grave plot) Being a history prof she told me about the history of them. She has 96 acres and it needs bushhogged. Well my family owns (I think) THREE tractors big enough for that and 96 acres would handle the 'I fucking hate my neighbors' issue but that hill is insane. She told me of several incidents that were very dangerous (frankly I would look into 'is there another way off this hill that doesn't involve 2 hair pin turns that would land me into a culvert deep enough to flip my car or over the hill and flat out onto the highway on my roof?). It's a moot point. It's nowhere near where I'd like to be and out of my price range even with the three dead people in my front yard (which is kinda of a selling point for me since I'm a freak that way. I LIKE cemeteries).
