Happy New Years

Here's to a prosperous and wonderful new year. I do have some resolutions but most of them are about my writing and you can find them here

I hope to lose weight and exercise more too but a resolution might be too much pressure when I fail like I know I will. I will try though.

And to finishing off that talking meme evil_little_dog asked for my five favorite memories and why. It's not a very easy thing to do.

1. Wales. I have always wanted to go. I loved almost every moment of being there, touching monuments of antiquity and being so far out of my home territory.

2. Graduating high school. I was going to be free of those bullies at last and I was one step closer to my goal of medical school.

3. Graduating Medical School. I had done it. I have done all the hard work and I was officially a doctor. I had the world at my feet, at least for a little while until I started my residency.

4. My brother's wedding. New beginnings are always so fun.

5. Selling my first novel Kept Tears. I know this will keep me smiling for years.


I'm off to drink, play games and watch movies (I never was one for going out). Hope you all have a wonderful new year.
