Since you were too ill yesterday from OTHER stupid shit you did, can we talk about the shopping trip now? YOU DO NOT need to buy everything that has a manager special reduced by half sticker on it. You just bought FIVE different salad dressings. You don't even normally USE it. You don't like the preservatives' taste. You make your own. You WILL use one right now. Because it won't fit in the pantry because NO MORE food can go there or in the other cabinet or in the freeze. You know have 4 bags of it under the table. Stop hoarding food. (and I did use one of them. That's how I cut my finger. And it didn't taste like the bottle said it would. It tasted like chemicals and vinegar).

And while we're at it, why did you buy MORE books at the library sale? You can't possibly read all the ones you already have. I told mom I went.

The cat is sleeping with his nose buried. Can't say as I blame him. I'm naturally dyeing eggs and making a side dish for tomorrow at the same time. The side dish will be red cabbage with ginger and the cabbage makes a blue dye for the eggs but once you get cabbage boiling along with the sulfur smell of eggs AND the vinegar to set the dye, it's potent.

Made progress on this story but it still seems unlikely i can finish it.

Your place is going to collapse. I agree. The shaky shack isn't built to hold so many books.

This hoarding food thing needs to stop. Give some to a food bank! Actually, I need to do that, too. I've got far more food in my cabinets than I'll eat. I know the postal service food drive is coming up; I should donate there. If I can wait that long.

I loved the tiles with the puppy prints. Reminds me of when Callie charged across the freshly laid cement at the back of the house. I wonder if they crushed that up? Sigh.

What a stench. Hopefully it wafted through to your neighbors so they could enjoy, too!

I had to talk myself out of buying candles at Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday. I have 2 boxes full of candles, so I'm not supposed to buy more. But they had lilac candles 25% off which is one of my favorite scents. I also have a nearly full box of lilac tealights at home. I did manage to resist. But it was close.
