Lyrical Ficathon

Well, this was a fun multi-fandom ficathon. I got two sets of angsty song lyrics to turn one of them into a story. dknightshade  handed me such cool lyrics that I ended up being the overachiever and did two stories. They are totally different in style, like night and day really. The first was the only story  I planned on. Mostly when I write post-Origins Connor, I wank it so that he lied to Angel about his past seeming like a dream and that he really did remember. However, upon readingmasqthephlspher 's The Destroyer series, where Connor's past really IS dream like I was inspired to try it that way myself.

My Connor, however, just couldn't handle the dream-like state of his true past and it began to erode his future. This is not a gentle or particularly happy tale (well I DID sign up for angst) but it does have a hopeful ending.  It is for adult's only for sexual situations and graphic medical scenes. And since I had time to write another for the second set of lyrics, I whipped out this little silly piece in about an hour. It's totally different in tone, not really angsty at all. It's funny if you're Darla and Dru and well...kinda embarrassing if you're Angelus and Spike. It's set in Victorian era Glasgow, a little cautionary tale for men who underestimate and take advantage of their women. This Fanged Four tale is rated mature for sexual situations and nudity. Looking forward to reading the next chapter of Love Itself Have Rest, you know I can never resist an angst ridden/dark Connor stories *grins* I'm not quite sure what's my take on the ins and outs of Connor's memories as my own fanfic and fandom fantasies mosty revolve around him in season 4 or post it in AU land.

Yes, I've seen naked running men. Always biting my lip not to laugh and yes, I definitely think Darla ran that family no matter WHAT Angelus thought.
