Disturbing dream

I have been having many disturbing dreams lately and most leave quickly. This one was long but all I remember was the last bits that weren't related to the other parts.
I was driving in town and going uphill. I thought it was either the road by Speedway in Jackson or near the Dairy Queen in Washington PA. Neither actually fits since the road was basically a four line. Anyhow I had just pulled out from a stoplight and on my right was a big box truck and he effectively blocked my view.
Just as he passed my bumper I saw an older man crossing the street. I saw him very clearly, white hair, a little longer than need be and he was wearing a cheap powder blue leisure suit like this was 1973. I couldn't stop in time. I hit him head on and he flipped up over the car. As I got the car stopped, I could see him in the rear view, legs up at an impossible angle.
Even as I got out (and now it was definitely Jackson because I could see the car wash) I was thinking a) how the hell did he get SO hurt because I couldn't have been going more than 15 mph and b) why aren't I shaking? I should be shaking.
As I got closer I could see a couple people gathering but more or less no one is stopping. No one is calling for help. I see one girl squatting down with her tablet and it's one of my students. I tell her to call 911 because my phone was dead (true story, it was). Now I can see he's been cut in half and two people are trying to lift his head/shoulders. He's still alive. His mouth is moving but no sound is coming out. There is no blood.
Then I wake up. It's 5 minutes later than my alarm would usually go off. Thanks brain.
And if that wasn't disturbing enough, I bring you this. Baby dolls that shit jewelry, just what every little girl needs.
