weird day

I barely left and yet it was...

We had a mouse invader last night, pooped all over the kitchen. Kanda has failed in his duties. We had to go get mouse traps up from grandma's (after a lot of finger pointing as whose fault it is there's a mouse as if a mouse needs an engraved invitation, Dad).

I got an email about a new advisee I need to fix up with classes. At least this is an amazing gpa student and we got it done fast. Also the dean okayed my missing the meeting.

Mom (who was a hair dresser and still has a license so she can get the good dye) colored my hair especially for gray. The gray took...well carroty. Okay then. It could be worse.

Then we made tacos for dinner but one bite said the meat was bad from the store (it had been in the freezer). had to make a different dinner.

And my dead battery tablet told me last night to plug it in. I listened. Now it's working again. 0_0

Kanda usually DOES kill the mice. He's been trying but the thing is up on the counters (and he's never jumped that high in his fat life) or under the stove

He's not allowed in the kitchen here and obeys that but the real problem is he can't get under the stove (and he's probably too fat to catch up)
