Thank You to everyone who stopped and said something about my excerpt from last night. it's appreciated. I really want to be able to move onto that story fully soon. It WILL happen.

I did have the depressing realization that almost all of the audiobooks on the seven page list were contemporaries. I can count the ones that weren't on one hand. Sigh. I knew they sold better than genre fiction but I thought it was a least a horse race. It's not. I have no interest in contemporary fiction. My holiday story was my first foray into it and I barely made it through.

why keurigs aren’t that great posted this on fb and people lost their minds. I noticed that at the one at work. I poured water into my cup and got a cup full of coffee only to notice nothing had gone down in the cistern. I didn't realize it had a sealed tank inside. that is gross.

Oh FFN readers why are you so weird? I appreciate that you comment unlike most AO3 readers but really? do you even look at the dates or completed statuses? Did you really just follow Ceremony of Innocence? Did you not see it was completed in 2004? Why can none of you tell when a story is done or do I suck at ending things?!?

I'm worried about tomorrow. NO ONE was at the dentist today. The high way was cleared but apparently the dentist gave them off. I get that. So many of us live out on dirt roads around here, self included (well almost, it goes to dirt about 500 yards past me). No one called me to say tomorrow is canceled. I canceled labs. I hope that you are open. It's supposed to snow over night and tomorrow. My jaw hurts. I want at least a real temp cap put on this thing. I keep chewing through the stuff I put on it.

I don't think they read anything beyond the characters' names in the fic. I've stopped posting over there after they pulled a fic of mine & I still get peeps following stuff that won't be updated (it's a collection of short stories, so it could be thought of as complete) as well as stuff marked completed. And it's been YEARS since I've posted anything there too. XD

That's NOT good! You should probably call them before you go to make sure they're there. *has dealt with a broken infected wisdom tooth, so understands how bad & achy your jaw must feel*

Yeah I usually do tea too or coffee in a normal pot. I'm still bemused why that seems too hard for some people.

I still post there since it's about the only place I get comments. Ao3 is like shouting into the void. Also you can't comment to people there if they just give kudos. I wish we could. I've had people read everything I've posted at AO3 and I'd like to thank them. Sigh.

yeah I will definitely call them because of this weather. Sigh. At least I can sleep in some tomorrow. The rest of the temp fell out again and I'm too afraid to put it in now because I'll be going to bed shortly and it takes hours to set so I'm afraid I'll inhale it if it falls out.

Yeah, really, especially since you can get coffee makers that'll make a single cup without using those lil premeasured cups that you put in a Keurig. And they're not that expensive too.

I very rarely get comments. I think here is the place where I get the most & that's only in Hentai Contest, cuz we encourage peeps to read & comment there. I mostly get Faves or Kudos. Oh and occasionally, someone will leave a comment at DA, but there too, is mostly faves. There's no way to PM them over there?

I hope you get your appointment today. This is kinda ridiculous. You need it seen too, not only cuz it's achy, but cuz you can get an infection & wind up with an even worse problem. XD Is there a dental school on your campus? I wonder if you could go in there & ask for an appointment to get a temp cap on it. I'd be afraid of swallowing/inhaling it too. ^^; when my wisdom tooth broke I remember putting braces wax on it until I was able to get in & have them look at it. Wound up getting it pulled, since it was in such bad shape, they couldn't save it. Not that I really needed it anyways. Good LUCK!!

I used to get a lot of comments on LJ but not so much any more and since I rarely write NSFW fanfic these days I can post pretty much anywhere. But no, AO3 has no PM function.

I got up there and he put on a professional cap until we can get the insurance to OK a crown. this tooth isn't saveable either.

honestly when he was putting it on I asked 'is this better than the stuff I bought at wal-mart.' because it looked exactly the same. It was slightly better but o bviously not up to being in MY mouth. I only had soup and bread and some squishy clams for dinner. WTF

I got my temp crown awaiting insurance. It's snowing. My windshield wiper blade fell off.

You dont have a scrape on your glass now, do you? My wiper came off once while I was driving, and I had this lovely scratch mark all on my windshield.

Sinner's Gin seemed like one you'd pick.

It snowed about 2 more inches here last night. Fortunately, it was powder - just blows off when you try to clean it. But the muck under the wheel wells was awful to try to break off.
