OMG the rain

I wish I could send this to the SW. I was driving through what looked liked rivers tonight on the way home from the movies. Took Mom to see Avengers. She loved it. I still feel the same as my review. I really liked it with caveats. Also it bugged me last time and still did today, why does Ultron have malleable metal lips?

The good news is...well the school is only 53K away from balancing the budget instead of over a million so there's that. Other than that, not so much.

Honda said my worn back brakes would not cause the ABS system to fail. It's not the fuse or the master cylinder since checked that. THey wanted 300 to fix the back brakes. Local mechanic friend of my uncle says it will be 100$, you can figure out which I'm doing.

Still trying to make up my mind about going to FL in July. Sigh.



I'm running WAY behind on my writers group stuff. Mostly because I can't find it

Arizona would be very happy of some rain. On our fifth day in a row of over 110 temps!

Moviemaking reason: Ultron has lips so as to allow for the actor playing him to have expression. Even if he is 99.9% CGI. Same reason why the fish in "Finding Nemo" have lips.

Going to the dealer for car repairs is the same as going to Whole Foods for basic groceries.

Yes that's what I figured but it's distracting and dumb and rather fails

I usually have no choice but to go to the dealer. No one works on 'foreign' cars where I am.
