That was an eye opener

Today at PT sucked. It was all the same exercises I did back in the spring for the bad hip since the knee and hip are linked and apparently the PT noticed that's where the real weakness was. He's right. I felt...embarrassed, actually ashamed that I've grown so weak. it was pathetic. Worse I'm not sure where to even begin to change.

Speaking of pathetic my internet is still going down all the time. I called in again. Got a live person. 'oh hi, Dana.' Yeah, they know me. Between the breaking up call (because cell phones and appalachia don't mix well) i got that yesterday the state shut them down for 6 hours. Um...what? I have no idea. They'll tell Justin. Yeah how about you just give me Justin's number and I'll call him direct from here on out.

I'm surprised I'm not more tired than I am since I was up all night itching. Thanks allergies.

Gotham was better tonight. Now I regret last week's thing with Gordon even more.
