But before I do, yay I finished ch 17 of Hyperion's Son FINALLY! Now go haunt my beta's and leave me alone,

As some of you know I've been thinking about doing a series of stand alone stories post NFA/Post Chosen, united the remains of the teams, and asking my fellow authors to come and play in my world. Well I have the community ready. It will be on approval basis (which I'm pretty flexible, so long as you're willing to fit into the outline, I'll probably say yes). There's some very preliminary info up right now and I'm waiting for the core group to vote on things like settings, ships etc. It'll be as close to canon as we can get (with a few noncanon ships because between deaths and some canon ickiness, yes I'm looking at you Connor, we prefer to change a few things).

The preliminary info isn't as good as I'd hope but once we get the main details ironed out, I'll update that so everyone knows where I'd like to steer this thing. I don't know yet if there'll be a seperate website for the stories or not yet but that's in the future. For those who want an early peek into this, head to Aquainted with the Night here

I requested to join, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have. I loved the idea so I wanted to join so I would get the updates, but now I'm thinking I should've just added it to my FL. I didn't get much sleep last night so even though I read the preliminary info, it didn't quite sink in before I clicked the button. Sorry.
