cornerofmadnessI'm pretty sure I saw Dorothy's house and the witchy neighbor on her bike flying past while I'm at it. The wind was so bad the power flickered off and on for hours. Made giving a test and lecturing fun.
THankfully it died down some for the drive to the write in, in Athens. Went to dinner with a friend where she found this amazing sushi item, an avocado stuffed with spicy crab and shrimp then tempura deep fried. God. Yum. The only sad part was the cost of that bad boy.
I drank so much coffee at Tim Horton's I'm pretty sure I can see through time. And it still wasn't enough to compete against one of the new nanoers who wrote 1000K+ ever word war!
I'm going to be back later with my total count (internet issues permitting) but let me say HOW HAPPY I am I finished Blood Red Roulette
Holy shit, I wrote over 5K today and pole vaulted over the 30K mark!
Nano Snippet Aneurin gave Kaleo a bemused look. “I'm beginning to believe you flirt as naturally as breathing.”
“Jealous? Am I in trouble?” Kaleo wasn't overly worried. Aneurin didn't look mad.
“No, more like I’m between worried and entertained.”
Kaleo snorted. “I'm here for your entertainment after all.”
“Then maybe I'll get Pherick's money's worth.” Aneurin beckoned for him to follow.
“Me being a smart ass isn't what that man paid for.”
