A today for Mom's Birthday

We had a huge coyote in the yard, a beautiful specimen, not particularly welcome mind you but a very healthy one

We spent Mom's birthday mostly prepping the dinner for tomorrow and washing clothes. OOO exciting aren't we?

The cookie and candy trays are made.

My brother and SiL took mom (and Dad) out for ribs for her birthday. Never been to this place before. It was very good.

Just FYI I have cards from evil_little_dog, dragonydreams, sonjajade, scribesds and from ES and Flippy. I did manage to get all my cards out for my author exchange. I even sent ecards to the other list (I noticed the same thing there, the non-US ones asking for real cards and sending out ecards. Ah well). I guess I can't say much.I love real cards.

Still have work to do on the story but it will get done

ETA - It's midnight. Mom and I are both nauseated as hell (SiL said she had to work today because half the staff was out with stomach flu. I swear to god...) also it's midnight and STILL 62 degrees but it's thundering and raining so hard I can't open my windows. Bah
