And I put up a new icon in honor of mid-term week this week. It's going to be a rough week. Stupid time change (hate you daylights saving time), stupid mid terms and then tomorrow I have to get up really early for a meeting with the hip surgeon, tuesday I have to be at PT at 7 AM to find out if I'm going to be discharged and wednesday I have to cancel classes to get to the dentist for the emergency temp crown. Which means my grades, due wednesday will need to get done early.

I lucked out. The day was grey (easier for me to see and drive in) and only a little rain lightly most of the way but not the giant thunder storms that were predicted. I'm happy of that.

Kanda isn't speaking to me for removing him from the grandparents' house.

Dad found me a house on the river too bad it's about 80K over what I can easily afford.

Now Dad’s just torturing me Even though they're selling it at nearly 100K less than what Zillow values it at (because Gallipolis bites ass) it's still 100K too much for me. I love it though. Look inside this beauty.

My brain was like a rabbit on meth, not staying on any plot long enough to develop it (which is as close to a writerly way as I'm getting today). I did noodle around with my Athens trio and in addition to reiterating that the vampire gets the werewolf a I was a teenaged vegan werewolf pizza from Avalanche (I got their hawaiian today. OMG decadent) Jason tells me Derrek gets his ass beaten by some homophobic pack members who run him off the road. Nice to know but a plot would have been better.

my tea pot on the early b-day gift Flippy gave me. I love this pot and I DROPPED it getting into the house. Luckily it didn't break.

Flippy's b-day gift was signed by Brandon Sanderson whose work I love so I was really excited when a) she asked if I'd like that when I showed her the link to Books a Million's signed copy page and b) that she got it for me. I flipped right to the signature and... Um? Brandon? WTF?

It's still really cool and is going on my signed self. AND did I mention Stephen King will be in Dayton and Huntington soonish? Yeah I HAVE to go see him.
