Which isn't so bad when you're only gone two days. I leave tomorrow, interview thursday, fly back friday the thirteenth. Unfortunately I dont' get in until LATE tomorrow, drive half way there (because by then it'll be after midnight) then drive the hour the next day which means getting up at like 4:30AM. Yeah this will be conducive to interviewing. Sigh. The only way to have had more time was to leave today and I just couldn't afford it.

Also found out my only pair of dress heels that I could possibly wear because of my injury are shot. I thought they were a little dusty. No, they dry rotted in Florida. Hear me whimpering? I never thought to check them. This has never happened before. The only other thing I have are ballet slippers. I'm hoping I can sharpie black over the blemishes and that they dont' fall apart on me. SOB.

At least I'm otherwise packed and revved up nervous. Wheeee.
