Got out of the house

Went to visit my best friend from college. We had a good time doing nothing much of anything. Went to the mall and to McDonald's for her kid (can't remember the last time I ate there and I'm sure it'll be another eon before I do so again). At 95 outside with a 105 degree heat index we weren't arsed to do much else.

It was nice though it's a bit sad how our topics have shifted from things we're doing to the care of elderly parents. Sigh. Still not ready for this.

She gave me Thomas Raith tea from Adagio for my b-day. Oooo

My hip was horribly painful though and my stomach for the last two days has felt like a hot poker is in my belly.


And I thought we all might like this - Summer Anime .Honestly only 91 has any interest to me and I thought seta_suzume would like that one too.


Mom had the bus ride from hell on the way back from a tour to this religious play way out in Lancaster (it's a famous theater)

And thanks to those who helped giving me ideas for Killian!
