I was a tad late but here's my Angel Book of Days Spring challenge story. I've now made a full year in this challenge and I'm debating whether or not I'll sign up again. Maybe. The fic that has come out of this has been excellent. I've won awards for some of it.  The feedback has sucked in all honesty. In fact the only person I wrote for who ever feedbacked me was SJ (though I'm expecting Ragna will since she's very good about that for this time). Time will tell I guess. It IS a challenge worth looking at though.

Without further ado here's the story. It's still slightly rough drafty so if you have suggestions feel free to make them. It was SUPPOSED to be funny. I'm not good at funny so it ended up sarcastic and ironic. Sigh. It's Lindsey centric (yum) Season2  Iktomi's Gnaye (the Spider's Fool)

First off even though I DID hyperlink to the Angel Book of Days challenge it didn't take so click on it here.

Time to pimp - Kristi's Back to High School ficathon. For those of us who love vintage Buffy this is the stuff we live for.

Writing Goddess'  Lindsey (het only) ficathon ummm for those of us who can't get enough of a certain blue eyed, hot bodied lawyer.

Bookishwench's Feedbackathon What a perfect idea. You don't have to write a story. Instead you submit three stories you've already written and you get FEEDBACK on them. isn't that a novel idea. Yes, you will have to read 6 stories (the idea is all stories get read by two participants) so they'd like the stories to be reasonable in length. Still, feedback, go glory in that.

And a little quizzy- Mad Libby thing I got from Esmerelda.

1. Take five books off your bookshelf. [Or on your desk, for the lazy]
2. Book #1 -- first sentence
3. Book #2 -- last sentence on page fifty
4. Book #3 -- second sentence on page one hundred
5. Book #4 -- next to the last sentence on page one hundred fifty
6. Book #5 -- final sentence of the book
7. Make the five sentences into a paragraph

Do people who pray to bleeding statues give you the willies? Given the ethical, philosophical and professional tensions inherent in the interface between law and psychology, there's plenty of room for personality conflicts that can create character depth. This usually refers to a spoken prayer or verse but may also consist of musci, dance, gestures and song. "Have a slice of pizza, doc," Chapman said as he got to his feet and gave Coleman Harper a slap on the back. Be as domme as you want to be and the next sound you may hear could be "THank you Mistress, may I have another."

Book 1 - "Ken's Guide to the Bible" - Ken Smith B.A. (as an aside, this thing is hysterical. It's very tongue and cheek and if you want to point out weirdness in Christianity this is your key because it's actually all IN the Bible but just so bizarre it's stuff you never hear in church)

Book 2 - "The Criminal Mind: a writer's guide" - Katherine Ramsland ph.d.

Book 3 - "Wicca: A Guide for teh Solitary Pratictioner" - Scott Cunningham

Book 4 - "Likely to Die" - Linda Fairstein

Book 5 - "Sex Tips from a Dominatrix" - Patricia Payne
