We regret to announce the unpleasant death of corner of madness, who on the 3rd of June of this year was carefully bored to death by a ferocious werewolf. This unfortunate incident occurred in a slightly distressed Buick Skylark in Las Calamas, CA. The deceased was reported to have shouted "Not my new shirt!" just before expiring. corner of madness is survived by a goldfish. Funeral services will be held the 5th of next month.

I got my birthday gift from my parents, a 5 foot long poster of the entire LoTR's cast AND a sterling silver elfin fellowship broach. It's very cool. I'm gonna wear it for orals. My father got my mom LoTR jewelry for their wedding anniversary this past weekend and she got him Aragon's ring. Yep can you say my parents are geeks?

Doctor's report

Well after waiting forever the doctor and his nurse (new doctor, new nurse, not the nurse I hate) were very very apologetic. The upfront staff forgot to put my chart up and they thought I hadn't shown up. This same upfront staff sent me my medical paperwork postage due. I told them about it and the doctor. That makes for a shitty first impression.

Medically, the stones are so small he's not ever sure they're there. They're echoes of something. His idea was a) wait and see if it gets worse b) CAT scan. Looks like the back pain I thought was from my herniated disc really WAS from that and not from anything worse. I opted for doing nothing. I know the symptoms. I'll cut back on Vitamin C and caffeine so if it gets worse THEN I'll go for the CAT scan. That still leaves the sick gallbladder.

And as I was driving out past the murder dump site there were about 20 cop cars and about 4 News Vans. either they found Grandma's remains or maybe someone else's. They were positing he could be a serial killer so who knows. I guess I'll have to watch the news. Blech.
