Behind the Scenes

Okay so I'm about a week or so early forleni_ba 's Behind the Scenes ficathon but the story was done and I'll get busy and forget. Besides I wasn't writing for anyone but myself for this one. My scene, been wanting to write it for a long time and now it's done (thanks to blaar_rosir  for the beta).

So without further ado, go have a look at The Games of Childhood. It's a Connor story...okay actually it's a Steven/Holtz story set in Quor-Toth and both of them wouldn't act write. Steven wanted to be a five year old (which okay he was) and Holtz was far less sympathetic than I thought he might be.

An award and stuff

I'm very nicely bruised. That fall might have messed up my shoulder and a rib but I'm not ready to run to the ER yet...especially since we have a HUGE outbreak of Whooping Cough up here (did the DJ just saw it was 28 degrees outside? WHOA!). I've already been exposed by a few students and there are lots of quarantines up here right now (and no, in case you're wondering that vaccine you got as a kid isn't going to protect you). Blech.

On the upside I got my Behind the Scenes ficathon story posted (I almost called it the Back to the Future ficathon...wonder where that came from)  AND I won a pretty award for one of my wip's which oddly enough like my BTS story is also Steven/Holtz set in Quor-Toth. The award for best WIP came from Of Stakes and Spells awards (check 'em out and nominate yourselves for next tiem) and the story is called Strong as Death 

Okay every night i keep hearing weird sounds in this place. I'm getting convinced this house does not want me here.
