I think the Powers that Be are after me

Went to test my blood sugar. I do this twice a day. This time the needle goes in and blood goes everywhere. My finger swells up and turns purple. Guess the vasculitis was in my hand too because the vessel exploded and I have a hematoma the size of a grape on my middle finger. Sigh. (At least my blood sugar was okay).

THEN I go into the living room and manage to trip over my bullwhip and nearly knock myself out cold on the fireplace mantle. Two thoughts are going through my head a) I so do NOT want this on my tombstone 'she died with a bullwhip wrapped around her legs and her head split open.' and b) thank God I'm not naked because if I'm going to be found dead with a bullwhip around my ankles at least let me be clothed. Sigh.
