Giles drabble
Dec. 30th, 2004 12:09 amI was wondering why no one commented on my buffyverse 2005 drabble off of Ragna's challenge. Could it be because LJ ate it? Sigh. Here you go. The challenge was Giles & Tea
What Giles liked best about the weekend was he had time to do things up right. He didn’t have to rush tea in between dealing with sophomores looking for copies of MacBeth, which honestly didn’t happen all that often. Sunnydale’s library was woefully underutilized.
Saturdays meant he could brew up a pot of Typhoo and settle down with a good book to enjoy his tea along with beans on toast, the way things were meant to be. The bright red beans looked delectable on a slice of nicely toasted bread.
Giles turned on Pink Floyd, opened Tobin’ Spirit Guide and enjoyed teatime.
(AN – bonus points if you get the geek reference in this)
