All three Geekgirlz (not to mention my flist) totally cleaned up at the Lie to Me awards (round 3 is starting so go have a look)

And Never Die took runner up in the Big Bad category and first place in the Wish it Were real category. Its set in the 60' with Spike, Dru and Darla so if you've ever wanted to see them at Woodstock and see Spike in Mod clothes here's your chance.

Transitive Nightfall of Diamonds took runner up for the Ripper category. This is my Ripper and Ethan story set in NYC in the 70's. Giles in disco clothes at Studio 54, how can you resist?

Way cool pretty awards

I'm going to the casino tonight. Last time I did not so good. I didn't paint my nails. I always paint my nails to go to the casino. Don't ask me why. I just do. When I do, I usually win. I know there's no connection but i'm going to drag out the bottle of Opi right now.

Also highly disappointed I'll miss seeing the Steelers/Jets game. I love football. ELD would never let me watch it in FL (I don't know why. Just because I get worked up and throw things and scream at the tv, what's wrong with that?). I can't even get the Packers games because I have no reception in WI, let alone the Steelers. We did fantastic this year, best year ever. Everything's all one for the thumb here (of course we've been chanting that since 1981). oooo and of course the superbowl is in FL and I decided to move away. Dumb me.

Whee oh and vote for me

What did I tell you? It's the nail polish. First off at the casino we played for 5 hours. Grandma and my uncle did okay. Mom only lost 50$ which for her is winning. (everyone in the family is lucky but her) My aunt was winning and I walked off with 260$. WHEE.

And the Of Stakes and SPells awards are doing their reader voting right now. I think I have something up for vote and if I don't my fellow geekgirlz and Flist will so check it out and vote. Thanks.
