Wasting time

Well I call the student loans and I AM in deferment but the collection is for the 300$ in late fees for before I put it in forebearance which I DONT owe because they calculated from me graduating in April NOT July when I actually graduated. I'm not even supposed to be paying these loans until THIS month. THey'll fix it if I give them an enrollment verification.
Fine. I go to the website (my school will NOT do this over the phone OR by letter request, only by the website). My passwords been reset. I call them because my default password has to do with my birth info and that's not working. He resets it. Still doesn't work. He resets it again. I'm in. Okay NO WHERE is there enrollment verification so I go to the registrar's webpage and follow their info which takes me nowhere. So I call them. Well it's been hidden under 'academics' link which reads on the site as 'course catalogue' (i.e. the classes you can take) because naturally that's where I'd go to prove when I was enrolled. After snarling at them about this, I said what good is this if it has the wrong information (it has no way of telling them that). So she says she'll read it and call me back. She does and it HAS the right information and no explanation as to how/why the wrong info went to SallieMorons and they're resending it which should a) extend my forbearance and b) get rid of the late fees. And both she and and the computer help person both bitched that we had a bad connect and I explained I was calling from WI to FL on a cell phone. Well Why? Because I have to be online while you're talking to me and I only have ONE phone line. They couldn't quite comprehend such a prehistoric notion.
Mom called to tell me that my sister in law's uncle died of a massive MI at the beginning of the week (mom forgot to tell me) and my cousin died today of cancer. And sadly it's not that huge of a deal to me, as harsh as that might sound. He's my mom's age and one of those cousins you see only at weddings and wonder who the hell is that?
Well back to cleaning.
