That really boosted the word count, so close and yet so far. My tummy doesn't feel well enough to sit up and get that final 700 words to put me over 40,000. Sob. (and no I'm not getting sick for the holidays. I refuse). Now that I've murdered a few people and ripped the scabs off some teenaged psyches the words won't stop coming yay!!

And I uploaded that software chelle and Mzzgoddess suggested but it still doesn't play the video. I'm wondering if not having hte avi files at work screwed up the download. I guess I'll have to try it on the pokey dial up. Sob again.


Driving back home tomorrow for the holiday. It's supposed to snow. Of course. Maybe no one will show up for my late afternoon class and we all can go home early.

SHIT! It's already snowing. I can't leave until after dark. The roads got closed last night nearer home because of ice and I'm thinking maybe of staying here since I hate thanksgiving anyhow. Problem...no food. I didn't buy anything this weekend. So if I stay it's off to Wal-Mart I go (kill me now)

Four students showed up. I gave them brownie points and we're all leaving after 10 minutes. Such is life. The snow stopped a bit. Cross your fingers. Here I go. 4 hours from here to Pittsburgh!
