Dec. 9th, 2005 12:07 amSo explain to me, if bad weather doesnt' interupt your highly expensive service, then why has my service been out for SIX hours? In fact despite the fact it only snowed about half an inch, my service went out the moment it snowed and when I called you your tech support told me and I quote 'There is nothing we can do. There's a massive storm over Ohio. When the sun comes out, you'll get your service back...if you can wipe the snow from your own dish" WTF? Thank the goddess my dish is ground level.
You suck. Next move, there had best be cable.
