Wrote the beginning of a ficlet that should not have priority right now. But whatever. Words are words.

Phew. So day 8 was just fixing a few beta comments, working my way up to changing the first big thing I needed to change.

I finally started tonight, after refusing to touch the story all day. I had to force myself to sit down, the prospect of changing four whole chapters is daunting.

Anyway, I changed the first part and am happy with the result so far.

I cracked the 50K mark for the first time, adding 280 words. I'm sure the wordcount will go down again, though, since I have no idea how much I'm going to have to throw away. *sigh*

Got a chunk of writing done. Besides that, I recently signed up for a fic exchange and recently got my assignment with some prompt suggestions, so some time today was spent deciding which prompt I want to do and brainstorming ideas.
