free floating anxiety time. I was fine until I got out of the tub and suddenly bang, anxiety to the point I'm shaking and hardly can breathe. I hate when I get like this. I'm not sure what it is other than realizing it's already sunday night and it's like getting run down. Hmmm, things that might be making me anxious
a) need to register for unemployment tomorrow
b) need to call my loans which are trying to tell me I never sent in my deferment papers (I know the exactly date those went in)
c) no job yet
d) gotta pack the house up
e) try to afford one last trip to Madison
f) decide when that will be
g) face a two day drive cross country
h) face the fact I have to live with the parents if I don't get a job

Okay so that didn't make me feel better other than I know i have reasons to be anxious.

Well I'm trying to get another Tearing of the Veil chapter done. I should get back to it.

thanks. I think I'll be unplugging the phone again. The federal student loan people like to push the limit of the legal times to call in the morning and at night

But how will potential employers call you if you unplug the phone....?

Have an answering machine? You could just turn the volume down REALLY low and always let it pick up. Then check them later with one finger hovering over the "erase" button.

...That's what I usually do during depressions/anxiety attacks.

no potential employer is going ot call before 8 AM and sadly the phone is in my bedroom. Unplugging works since I am up before normal business hours
