Went to Costco to pick up the prime rib for the holidays and they had samples of just about everything running around. cheese cake, almond logs, tiramisu, mango tarts, keunig over priced coffee, orange chicken, 6 kinds of cheese, fondue. Hell I didn't even need to eat lunch first.

The morning was spent dealing with my brother. Sometimes I suspect his physical therapy things are just torments designed for his big sister. I DO have frozen shoulder. that is neither surprising nor good news. He gave me some exercises. My father was SUPPOSED to help but he 'wasn't up to it' (i.e. he was tired and literally couldn't be bothered, thanks). He left me an e-Stim unit. Oooo fun.
Being here is truly sucking my writing mojo.
