My broadband was acting up again, the same thing that it always does. It gets a corrupted something or other. So I call in last night. Halfway thru the conversation after my 1001 time on hold so Amanda could 'check things' I told my mom that this girl didn't know her stuff.

I told the girl more than once I have no idea what you're doing but it's not anything like what the other people had me do in the past. I should have known she was an idiot when her first step was to reboot. then pull the USB card out and reboot again (all of which I did prior to this and had TOLD her so). Then she decided it was a bad USB. No it's not look you've sent me SIX of them and it still does the same thing. CHECK. THE. NOTES!

Finally she has me do something that uninstalls the software for the broadband. Now go online and download the software again.

WTF HOW? You just disabled my internet.

Oh. I'm sorry. We'll have to send you a disc to upload it. It'll take a week.

Long story short Verizon fucked up my internet connection. I knew more than the tech support did. I went to work downloaded the fucking manager and bingo I'm back on line.

Idiots.

I'll be back later with what happened house hunting today. Long story short, the best house I saw was the doublewide.

But I'm now very exhausted. I haven't slept in days thanks to heat and stress. The heat broke. Thank god. It feels so good now (something else Mom and I actually agree on!)

I'll type up the ordeal tomorrow after mom is gone (going to concentrate on putting together where i need to be for Wales now). Frankly I don't really see me buying any of these places unless the doublewide (RIGHT ACROSS THE HIGHWAY FROM ME!) will takes less money (it's got land but it's BAD land). It looks like my uncle's lake house. Also I've learned when a realtor says a 'little rough' he means it's an unlivable hovel.

However the new character who will not let me go is liking the unlivable hovel for the story. I was going to do camp nano but June is a mess for me. I don't think I can. July is probably the same. I REALLY need to start working on my new class.
