Gratitude meditation

Today's guided meditation reminded me that I don't say thank you nearly enough so THANK YOU flist. I really do appreciate you. I especially appreciate those of you who take the time to comment on my stories, especially the original fiction and those of you who weigh in on questions important to me. You make me feel less alone in a place that pretty much sucks. They say listing out things you're grateful for that day helps you get a better night sleep. Hmmm.

What I am not grateful for is this humidity and heat. I've had to use my asthma inhaler several times and thought I might have to go to the ER if it didn't get better. Sigh. The commericial where the kid says he feels like a fish out of water is just about right. gah. on the other hand, I decided to boycott shirts today (well once i got home). aren't you glad to know that?

I have decided on the simplicity of Jo Evans (but i really do like Aurelia Jo). I'll start making public stuff for her soon. I need to figure out how to make a web page. yikes.

I LOVE the whole idea of the Queen and James Bond parachuting out of helicopter for the Olympics, just saying.

Accomplishment for the day: got one cancer lecture done and I'm SO looking forward to tormenting them with the idea that their cell phones are beaming EMF radiation into their skulls up to 4-6 cm causing thermogenic changes leading to tumor formation and ditto the guys balls, slowing and stunting their swimmers.

I was also thrilled to find a few Ghost Hunt lovers on fanfic_bakeoff It is an underappreciated manga/anime.
