Because it's a damp grey miserable day today and I feel like death. Earlier my body took a new strategy toward infection. Rather than running a nice bacteriostatic fever, it went with dropping three degrees and freezing the buggers to death. Actually 4 AM of Renn Day I had let's just call it unpleasant GI distress but felt better by the time I left. In retrospect that mac and cheese bread bowl was about all I ate. I came home and had a hard boiled egg and some soup. For me that's dangerously little to eat (diabetics are supposed to eat several small meals).

Today I've had a migraine and glowing nausea. Not sure if it's a touch of that stomach bug everyone has or migraine related.

It mattered not. I had to finish three exams at 11 pm by god, they are done and almost ready to go! No writerly ways though because of it.

My dad is going in for surgery tomorrow, hernia repair. IN the grand scheme of things, relatively minor stuff but still, surgery. Hope all goes well.
