So i almost ended up hospitalized today

If you don't see me over the weekend, that's probably where I am. I woke up with a sugar over 410, four times the normal blood sugar. When your sugar is that high, thinking is nearly impossible. Moving is difficult. I have trouble seeing and the nerve pain in my feet as the sugar kills them is excruciating. I took a bunch of insulin and went to work. I called the endocrinologist and told his nurse, look I have an apt in less than 2 weeks, I have blood work in 5 days, does he want to add more tests. Apparently yes he did. He also wants me to go into the hospital as well if it does this again. We shall see.

I called the vet to see if she would take momma cat who is pregnant again (no) and what to do about Kanda. She wants me to bring him in if he's throwing up or blocked up. The big concern was did I switch him to those highly expensive all meat foods like Blue Mt. Unsurprisingly, they cause issues. No, if I want him to have meat, I give him meat. I don't need to spend 20$ a bag for it.

I now have a new concern in house hunting. It never occurred to me the dealers would run out of propane. Now I'm depressed. The only way to avoid propane tanks here is to live in town with someone up your ass.

And now my classroom sprung a roof leak and I had to move. I think this building is out to kill us all.
